Widget Use Agreement
Please read this agreement carefully before using any of the web widgets created by Battleline Games LLC. By installing one of our web widgets on your web site, you are agreeing to the terms of this agreement. If you do not agree to the terms, you may not place the web widget on your web site.
The web widget must be installed as is, without modification to the HTML, or the underlying Flash code. Any modification to the code provided is a violation of this agreement. You may not upload the .swf file associated with the widget to any other server.
BattleLine Games LLC, may at any time request that the widget be removed from your web site. If BattleLine Games LLC., requests the removal of the widget from your website, you agree to remove the widget within a reasonable time frame (30 days or less unless otherwise agreed upon by BattleLine Games LLC.).
This software is licensed, and it's use is subject to the terms of this agreement. This software and it's title, copyright, and other intellectual property contained within the software are the property of Battleline Games LLC.
This software is provided as is without warrantee of any kind, expressed or implied. You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Battleline Games LLC., and its members, employees, partners, and officers from and against any and all losses, damages, lawsuit related to this software.
This agreement is perpetual and may not be terminated except by the mutual agreement of Battleline Games LLC., and the licensee.
Battleline Games LLC. retains the right to modify this license at any time. Please revisit this web site to read a current version of the agreement.
This license shall be governed by and construed in accordance with controlling U.S. federal law and the laws of the state of Colorado. If any provision of this License is unenforceable, the rest of it shall remain in effect.
